Left Larra around 7.30 after a shitty nights sleep. Way too hot in the dorm and the French crew like to keep the windows shut – go figure. I found a cafe along the track and had cafe con leche and tostada es tomoto. Yum.
Walked into Pamplona about 4 hours later with Leo, the American kid who I met on the first day. We found a nice cafe for cervesa and pintos. It’s a lovely town, Pamplona. You see how incredibly dangerous running with the Bulls would be, but great if you make it unscathed. The architecture is gorgeous and it is also a university town. Walked the last 4km to Cesar Menor where we found the Albergue and are sharing a room with a bunch of other Aussies and some Fins and another poor couple who don’t speak English.
So today have sore hips, sore left knee and that’s it. Will watch both over the coming days.
